Online reviews are a great way to share your Sierra Pacific story with people looking for a financial partner. You can leave reviews on any of the sites below, or use our Feedback Form to tell us about your experience.
How to Post a Review Online
On a Computer
- On Your Computer, open Google Maps and make sure you’re signed in
- Search for “Sierra Pacific Federal Credit Union” and select your branch, or choose your branch’s link below
- On the left, scroll down and click “Write a Review”
- In the window that appears, click the stars to score the branch. You can also write a review with details of your experience with Sierra Pacific.
On a Mobile Phone or Tablet:
- Open the Google Maps app
- Search for “Sierra Pacific Federal Credit Union”, tap it on the map, or click your branch’s link below
- At the bottom, tap your branch’s name or address
- At the top, tap Reviews
- Scroll down until you see 5 empty stars
- Tap the stars to score the branch. You can also write a review.
Your review will be visible in Google Maps until you take it down. After your review is published, you can edit what you wrote, or change the rating and pictures you included.

Leaving a Facebook Recommendation:
- Click here to open Sierra Pacific’s Facebook page, or open Facebook and search for “@SPFCU” or “Sierra Pacific Federal Credit Union” in the search bar at the top of your page
- Select Sierra Pacific’s business page
- Click “Recommendations” or “Reviews” on the left side of the page
- Under “Do you want to recommend Sierra Pacific Federal Credit Union”, click “Yes”
- Write a recommendation. Select the suggested tags to highlight features of the credit union.
- Select your desired audience (Public, Friends, Custom, etc.) from the drop-down menu next to the “Post” button
- Click “Post”
Leaving a Yelp Review:
- Open Yelp and log in, or create an account
- Search for “Sierra Pacific Federal Credit Union” and your branch’s city, or select from the links below to find your branch’s page
- Select the correct Yelp Page.
- Click or Tap Write a Review and follow the provided guidl=elines.
You can edit reviews, ratings, and pictures of your reviews down the line.
