I needed to add my accounts to our trust as a beneficiary and contacted SPFCU by phone to see what was needed. I spoke to Missy and she immediately set up the appropriate forms and sent them to through Docusign for completion. There was a glitch with one of the forms due to my error so I contacted Missy again and she helped me sort it out so I could complete the documents and properly submit them. Missy was patient, understanding and most importantly to me, very pleasant to work with throughout the process. Nice to actually get “customer service” from a financial institution!
