Easily make a payment on your Sierra Pacific loan quickly and easily through any one of these convenient methods. You can also schedule your payments out ahead of time for even more peace of mind.

Online Banking Transfer

Use the Transfer feature in your online or mobile banking to move funds between your Sierra Pacific accounts, or between Sierra and your external bank accounts, with no fee.

Set up one-time or automatic transfers between your savings, checking, loans, and other accounts.
  • Move money between your outside bank or credit union and your Sierra checking or savings accounts. 
  • Make one-time transfers, schedule future payments, and make automatic recurring transfers on the schedule that fits your needs. 
  • This requires a 90-day account history
  • External accounts must be set up and verified before transfers can be completed. This process takes 2 business days.

If online banking transfers aren’t an option, Sierra Pacific offers other options to make payments and transfers.

Express Pay Portal

Pay directly on your Sierra Pacific loan using your debit card from another bank or credit union via Express Pay Portal:

  • Pay with a debit card.
  • One-time or recurring payments.
  • $8.00 per transfer fee.

Over the Phone

Whether it’s due to technical difficulties or just because it’s nice to hear a friendly voice, you can always call a Sierra Pacific branch to pay over the phone. Phone payments can be made with:

  • Debit or Credit Card: $12.95 fee per payment.
  • External Bank Draft: $12.95 fee per payment.
  • Sierra Pacific Account Funds Transfer: No processing fee!

In Branch

You’re always welcome to visit a Sierra Pacific branch during regular hours to take care of loan payments and any other banking needs. In branch payments can be made by:

  • Cash: Branches do NOT carry change, so be sure to round your payment amounts to the next dollar.
  • Check: Make payable to Sierra Pacific Credit Union. Include your account number and loan suffix on the memo line.
  • Debit or Credit Card: $12.95 fee per payment.
  • External Bank Draft: $12.95 fee per payment.
  • Sierra Pacific Account Funds Transfer: No processing fee!

Mail-in Payment

Mail your loan payment directly to Sierra Pacific in the form of a personal check, certified cashier’s check, or money order. To pay through mail, simply:

  • Issue a check payable to Sierra Pacific Credit Union.
  • Include your Sierra Pacific account number and loan suffix on the memo line.
