Leadership Team
Leslie Ramsdell
President and CEO
Leslie Ramsdell was appointed President and CEO of Sierra Pacific in January of 2023. Prior to that, she spent over 21 years serving in various roles at Sierra, from teller to Director of Operations and IT, and finally to Vice President in 2022. Leslie also holds a position on Sierra's Board of Directors, and on UNR's College of Business Advisory Board.
Megan Matthias
Director of Lending
Megan Mathias has worked with credit unions and mortgage companies in Vermont and Nevada since 1998. In her years at Sierra Pacific, Megan has filled numerous positions from FSR to St. Mary’s Branch Manager. As Director of Lending, Megan enjoys connecting members with the perfect products needed for their success. Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs.
Gilbert Oliver
Director of Accounting
Gil Oliver has long worked with community financial institutions, including Heritage Bank of Nevada and Nevada Banking Co. Gil earned his BA in Accounting at Morrison University. He stays involved in the community and is a former youth sports coach among other volunteerism.
Tom Wambaugh
Director of Operations
Prior to joining Sierra in 2024, Tom Wambaugh spent 16 years as the Vice President of Member Services at a regional credit union. Tom started his career at a national bank, where he served in every branch position from Teller to Branch Manager, later becoming a Market Performance Manager and supporting many branches in multiple states. He has extensive experience in several areas of banking including Member Service, Operations, Learning and Development, and Personal Finance. He has a passion for retirement planning, recently authoring a book on the subject directed towards young adults, and loves traveling the world with his family.
