Call for Nominations to the Board of Directors

Three seats are up for nomination on Sierra Pacific’s volunteer Board of Directors. These positions are presently held by Directors Jim Hunting, Bruce Harvey, and Bob Fitch. 

Any member over the age of 18 and in good standing may request to be nominated. Final Board nominations are made by the Nominating Committee to the Board. A petition signed by 1% of the membership may nominate members not nominated by the Committee.

Nomination Requests

All members seeking nomination should submit a letter of interest to the Nominating Committee by Friday, February 28^th, 2025. Please include: 

• A description of the background, experience, and perspectives the member would bring to the Board
• A statement of the member’s willingness to serve if appointed
• A disclosure of any personal relationships with staff or positions held with other financial institutions

Please submit any nomination requests to the Nominating Committee through one of the following methods:

• Mailed or delivered to Sierra Pacific Federal Credit Union, 5580 Mill St., Suite 700, Reno, NV 89502
• Emailed to bmarquez@sierrapacificfcu.org 

The cut-off date for submissions is February 28th, 2025.
