Maxwell Mechanical LLC was started by Matt Maxwell in August of 2015. They offer full-service design, construction, and maintenance of HVAC systems. Their in-house ability to design and install a complete system sets Maxwell Mechanical apart from the competition and enables them to produce an excellent product.

This company focuses on design-build projects for commercial and industrial HVAC clients, including a number of Nevada casinos, general contractors, and building owners.

Their workforce fluctuates with project demand but typically ranges from 8 – 15 employees.

“Maxwell Mechanical has been fortunate to hit the ground running. We have had to adapt on the fly with market demand. We have grown from having one original client to having a multitude of diverse clientele.

New businesses moving into town has created the need for existing businesses to grow and expand. This has affected us by providing more opportunity to design and build projects. The only challenge is turning away the work that we cannot do because we are already at capacity with our workload.
