Here at Sierra Pacific, our members are a big deal. We are constantly working to make your credit union experience as clean, clear, and simple as it can be. From welcoming new member groups to creating innovative loan programs to incorporating tochnological advances, we are always trying to serve our members and communities better.
The Sierra Pacific team has been working hard over the past year to bring you an even better credit union experience, and we're excited to share it with you! We're updating our membership policy, online banking, and website to make Sierra Pacific more accessible to you, our members, and to our communities. Here are some changes you can expect this spring:
For over 80 years we've worked with select employers and member groups to bring you innovative products, incredible rates, and great personal service. Now we're bringing those benefits to the wider Reno-Sparks, Phoenix, and Las Vegas communities. Your friends and family can now join Sierra Pacific and enjoy the benefits of membership in a not-for-profit financial institution.
We're improving your online banking experience with a new design, new features, and intuitive navigation. The new platform makes it easier than ever to view account balances, transfer money, make payments, compare monthly spending, and more. Take a sneak peek at the new online banking platform, and look for it this April.
Our updated website will bring a fresh look and feel to Sierra Pacific's digital face. We've made it easier to find information by creating "Personal" and "Business" categories, adding a search function, and introducing quick links and current rates to the home page. Look for a cleaner design, clearer information, and simpler navigation this May, still at SierraPacificFCU.org.
We are truly grateful for your membership, and hope these improvements will make your financial journey easier. Your feedback, ideas, and questions help Sierra Pacific continue to improve, and we would love to hear them. Reach out to your local branch, send us feedback here, or message us on Facebook @SPFCU with comments or questions.
